- Session 1: Observe and Interact Wednesday, July 31st 7.30pm -9pm Learn how to truly see and understand your land. Discover the principles of observation and interaction to lay the foundation for effective Permaculture design.
- Session 2: Catch and Store Wednesday, August 7th 7.30pm -9pm Explore techniques to capture and preserve vital resources like water, energy, and nutrients. Understand how to create systems that enhance the sustainability of your garden.
- Session 3: Obtain a Yield Wednesday, August 14th 7.30pm -9pm Develop a plan to grow a bountiful harvest. Learn how to select the right crops, plan your planting schedule, and implement strategies to ensure a productive yield.

About Natasha
Natasha Stafford is a fully qualified designer and teacher of permaculture, based in Albury. She holds two Permaculture Design Certificates. Each certificate was given by a distinctly different teacher, giving Natasha a wider perspective on the practice.
Natasha has been mesmerised by the natural world from a young age leading her to follow the path of wholistic teaching and design. She has gained many skills over the course of twenty years, including creating numerous edible gardens in successive properties and homeschooling her six children.
Natasha has completed a wide variety of permaculture designs, from rural acres to suburban backyards in both tropical and temperate settings and has received an overwhelmingly positive response to her ideas and her service.
